The Highland Lighthouse, sometimes simply called Cape Cod Lighthouse, is famous not only for being a primary lighthouse on Cape Cod. It is also famous for having to be moved back from the shoreline to prevent losing it.
(That second picture was taken from a spot slightly closer than the previous position of the lighthouse.)
On the way home, we stopped at Nobska Lighthouse, in Woods Hole. We were fortunate to have a lovely sunset.
The following pictures have not been artificially enhanced. If you think they are too saturated, you are going to have to complain to Mother Nature. ;)
